so, our trip to europe was a few years in the making

when we got married we started talking about a trip after james graduated

and let's face it, i've wanted to backpack europe since rory and lorelai  did--

so it was decided!

we would backpack western europe 

as soon as james graduated.

it wasn't always easy to make it a priority--

but it was one of the best decisions we ever made:
