recommend: kinda

these are pretty good. both historical fictions. both with female heroines. if i had to choose i would recommend girl with a peal earring over she wore only white, but if you are craving a solid descriptive historical novel--either would do. 

i really wanted to like she wore only white but it reminded me too much of titanic.

 but with no leo. and titanic with no leo is just wrong.
