is a good book. finished it about 2 weeks ago and you should read it: southern california beaches, flamenco dancing, surfing, family secrets, san francisco, mormons (!), hawaii, hippies, and growing up. two very enthusiastic thumbs up.
just started Three Cups of Tea, so far so good.
oooh, i loved three cups of tea! the sequel, stones into schools, is even better.
