remember how i was going to read "the help" for my next good read?

well, i changed my mind.

i still plan on reading it ...when it comes out in paperback

but i came home with a treasure trove of good books from santa (and mom and sister)

so i choose "water for elephants" as my first book of 2011.

and hey, they made a movie based on it!
