here are my first creations:

ya, i say things like garnish now.
i used plain yogurt and nutmeg as secret ingredients and it worked out yummy
perry anniversary love:
dark chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream frosting and dark chocolate shavings
buttercream.frosting.is.heaven.

these took 4 days to make, but were completely worth it
lesson learned: wax paper is not the same thing as parchment paper, very important knowledge every pastry chef should have
I am very excited to hear about this new hobby and should I say lifestyle as a pastry chef? changing your vocabulary and how you do everything! haha, you're so funny Brenna! I loved your garnish and your cake and croissants looked yummy!
